Congestion Charging
“Congestion charging” is, as the name suggests, a con, used by the powers that be to try and cover up their own incompetent is failing to provide adequate transport facilities for the public, and as a means of extorting money from people going about their business.
All “congestion charges” must be scrapped entirely.
