Spend 'Minority Interest' HS2 Money On Roads Majority Use
The ABD urges transport secretary Chris Grayling to cut the losses on the scandalously wasteful HS2 rail scheme — which will only ever be used by a tiny fraction of people — and invest the billions saved in bringing our antiquated road system up to scratch.
ABD chairman Brian Gregory
“Road transport will always be the most appropriate and efficient choice for the vast majority of journeys. It takes people from A to B directly, not via B, C, D and E. With a new cabinet and a new start it is time this vanity scheme, favoured by previous, ill-advised administrations, was dropped for good”
